Minelab Etrac as pictured.
Has screen cover (not sure if Nushield or Zagg but it fits nicely); also includes battery, charger, AA battery pack, Andy Sabish book, original box, manual and CD. Also providing a non-working set of Minelab Koss headphones.
I believe warranty is valid through Feb 2015.
