This one is the three coil pack, with the 5.75", 8" and 12x10" coils and three lower rods. The gold upper and middle rod have some scratches, as do the bottoms of the coil covers from normal use. The bottoms of the coils are perfect, having never been used without a cover. Comes with the original manual. $385 shipped in the USA.
