Bought early March 2018 in box never assembled. Used it once for about 45 minutes on a New Jersey beach on that one warm day. It worked fine. In salt mode I dug two coins out of the wet sand. I determined that it's too heavy for me to swing for extended periods of time.(about 4.5 pounds) This detector has two separate circuits. One for salt and one for everything else. The machine is waterproof up to 200ft. It's suppose to be good on small gold, like thin chains. Tesoro says that you could even use this machine for prospecting. Will accept USPS money order or Paypal. Machine available for pick-up for New Jersey residents.
