Whites Model 6000/DI Series 3

Very nice Pro quality classic metal detector.
Works great. Comes with all shown. This was Whites Cadillac model. Series 3 was the end of the line with all bugs worked out.
Rechargeable battery is shot, however the machine has the C-cell battery pack, loaded with fresh batteries. You could install new Ni-cads in the stock pack.
Recent Maintenance:
1. Installed new power supply filter caps
2. Cleaned controls/switches.
3. Cleaned battery contacts and replaced door rubber
The unit is very sensitive. Has a great pinpoint feature that shows the coin type & depth. Yes, I specialize on vintage metal detector repair. Especially Whites as they are fun to work on. Vintage piece, Offered as is, no returns
