Many consider this the best single volume written to date on the Confederate siege and subsequent Union breakout at Chattanooga. First person accounts, dozens of maps and photographs, make this an excellent read and reference book. $12

The Blood of Heroes by James Donovan. Hardback, first edition, 500 pages. OK, this is not the Civil War, but it is one of the finest accounts of the 13 day struggle for the Alamo, and Texas' fight for independence. New Condition, and a great deal at $15

Antietam: The Photographic Legacy of America's Bloodiest Day by William Frassanito. Paperback, 304 pages. Chronicles some of the hardest fighting, hardest living men in Lee's Army of Northern Virginia, and the seminal work on the subject. Some wear to dustjacket; book is in excellent condition. $10
